Terms of Service

By accessing and using the IkasForex trading platform ("Platform"), website, and related services ("Services"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and IkasForex Ltd. ("IkasForex", "we", "us", or "our").

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use our Services. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting.

To use our Services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
• Not be a resident of a restricted jurisdiction
• Provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account credentials

IkasForex operates on an invitation-only basis. We reserve the right to approve or deny any application for access to our Platform at our sole discretion.

IkasForex provides access to foreign exchange (forex) and contract for difference (CFD) trading services. You acknowledge and understand that:

• Trading forex and CFDs involves substantial risk of loss
• You may lose more than your initial investment
• Past performance does not guarantee future results
• Market conditions can change rapidly and unpredictably
• You are solely responsible for your trading decisions

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Immediately notifying us of any unauthorized use
• Using the Platform in compliance with all applicable laws
• Providing accurate and up-to-date information

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we suspect unauthorized access or violation of these Terms.

All funds deposited must be from legitimate sources and belong to you. We reserve the right to:

• Request verification of fund sources
• Reject deposits from third parties
• Apply withdrawal restrictions for security purposes
• Charge fees for deposit and withdrawal processing

Withdrawal requests are processed according to our anti-money laundering policies and may require additional verification.

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for illegal activities
• Engage in market manipulation or abusive trading practices
• Use automated trading systems without authorization
• Share account access with third parties
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Platform

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IkasForex shall not be liable for:

• Any trading losses or financial damages
• Technical failures or platform downtime
• Market data delays or inaccuracies
• Third-party actions or services
• Force majeure events beyond our control

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount of fees paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on the Platform are owned by IkasForex or our licensors. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission
• Use our trademarks or branding
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Create derivative works based on our Platform

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination:

• Your access to the Platform will be suspended
• Open positions may be closed at market prices
• Remaining funds will be returned subject to our policies
• These Terms will continue to apply to past activities

IkasForex is committed to operating in compliance with applicable financial regulations. We may be required to:

• Report trading activities to regulatory authorities
• Implement know-your-customer (KYC) procedures
• Monitor transactions for anti-money laundering (AML) compliance
• Restrict services in certain jurisdictions

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the London Court of International Arbitration.

You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against IkasForex.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force. Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and IkasForex regarding the use of our Services.
